About a week before this day my sister, Ashley, was playing video games where she mentioned some guy she was playing with, who went to the same college I was going to. At first I went into big sister panic/protect mode and started questioning him. A couple days after she met him we decided to go and see him in person, so we planned a meet up and our story begins.

I realized how quickly Gavin connected with my family, friends, and myself and I knew I wanted him to be in my future. We quickly made it official on this day.

On our annual trip to Shenandoah, the place where we took our first trip to a national park, Gavin proposed.
